The 835258K 1 is the solid steel hub kit designed for 1.00” prop shafts and for over-hub style propellers equipped with Flo Torq hubs such as the Lightning E.T. and legacy propeller lines including the Pro E.T., Chopper II, and Cleaver.
The 835258K 2 is the solid steel hub kit designed for 1.00” prop shafts and for thru-hub style propellers equipped with Flo Torq hubs such as the Bravo I, Tempest Plus, Fury, Pro Max, etc. The bushing in this hub is slightly shorter compared to the 835258K 1 to allow for proper contact with the trust washer.
The 8M0183487 is the solid steel hub kit designed for 1.25” prop shafts for all Flo Torq hub equipped propeller lines. This hub kit features a jam nut in addition to the nylon lock nut to increase functional longevity in demanding applications.
The 8M0217764 also known as Ultralock, is the solid steel hub kit designed for the 1.50” prop shaft featured on all 500R outboards, and is used to adapt propeller families with Flo Torq hubs such as the Ventera and MAX5. This hub kit contains the same jam nut and lock nut components of the 8M0183487 hub kit and also a labyrinth seal ring that slides onto the front of the propeller and is required when mating to the larger 5.9” 500R gear cases.
The 8M0179579 is the standalone jam nut, lock nut, and washer kit that can be used as replacement components alongside hub kits 8M0183487 and 8M0217764. It is also the required and complete hardware used for mounting any Outboard CNC Cleaver to 1.25” or 1.50” prop shafts.
